MM Facilities Management has an extensive client base across London and the Home Counties, Our base in Walthamstow, close to the A406 "North Circular" and the M11 motorway, gives easy access to road (and rail) networks, aiding a prompt response to our clients.
Our company has grown steadily (see figure) since it was founded in 1995: we believe that this is due to the success of our key values - which are interdependent:
The management team is led by (Managing Director). Keith has decades of experience in Housing Management, and for many years was Assistant Director of Housing for the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Some of our staff, particularly team leaders, have been with us since the company's inception, bringing understanding and continuity to the clients they serve.
All work is monitored regularly and systematically to ensure that agreed standards are achieved and maintained. This involves training and support for our own staff: we have a partnership with "Croner" who provide specific training and consultancy (24x7) to operations staff in HR, Health & Safety issues. MMF is "Constructionline" approved. Staff receive training on our environmental policy - which includes a recycling programme and the gradual conversion of our fleet to minimise its environmental impact.
We are particularly proud of the diversity of our workforce (see figure)- this gives our team natural strength and adaptability, and reflects both the community around us and the communities which our clients themselves serve. Our long-term relationship with "Reed Employment" helps ensure that recruitment is transparent and equal, and gives us access to the widest pool of available skills.
